The perfect partner for alternative energy solutions

All products for regenerative energy solutions are exhibited at the training center
In recent years, there has been a massive increase in demand not only for solar technology, but for all regenerative energy solutions. »For house owners, this area is becoming more and more interesting because the government is
providing all kinds of financial support,« said Claus Braun, managing director of WEIS INDUSTRIES SERVICES® GmbH.

The Esslingen-based company is offering consultation, planning and installation for the entire range of products in this sector.

With the support of various manufacturers – among them Junkers Deutschland,
a company based in Wernau – WIS employees are continuously being trained and made familiar with the newest products.

In recent years, the company has been able to recruit numerous new customers for regenerative energy solutions, particularly in the reconstruction business. No matter if the task is to exchange boilers or to install solar collectors for warming up drinking or heating water – so far, the experts at WIS have found the ideal solution for every building.

This customized approach is particularly important for the company, because an individual energy concept must be developed for every house – there are no ready-made solutions here. »Our customers usually already have a pretty clear idea of what they want. We give advice and help them to find the right product,« states Claus Braun. The process already starts with an analysis of the customer’s usage profile.

For years, Junkers has been a reliable partner for WEIS INDUSTRIES SERVICES® GmbH. In 2006/2007, WIS helped the company to completely modernize the training and information center at its headquarters in Wernau. A close business partnership that is paying off in a rapidly growing business sector. In Wernau, WIS employees are familiarized with the Junkers products.

Here, they learn how to install, maintain and service everything from solar technology and pellet heating to heat pumps. Last year, about 16,000 participants received training in more than 1,600 courses at 24 training centers across Germany.

This cooperation benefits all of the involved parties: Junkers (a brand of Bosch Thermotechnik, the European market leader in heating technology) as one of numerous companies offering solutions in the field of regenerative energies, WEIS INDUSTRIES SERVICES® GmbH as an installation and maintenance partner, and most importantly, of course, our customers.

After all, this way they can be sure that their plants are planned, installed and maintained by highly skilled and competent professionals. »The demands of our customers are rising, and with the help of the energy pass, they are much better informed than they have been in the past«, explains Claus Braun. It is all the more important, then, to educate team members about all relevant concepts.

Fortunately, new legislation has made the situation on the market for regenerative energies a lot less complicated. Before, applications for financial support could only be filed after the work was finished, which made the actual payment of financial help somewhat uncertain. But now, customers can count on receiving financial support while the construction and installation work is still going on.

This increases customers’ flexibility. From 2010 on, at least 10% of the energy used in buildings (including older structures) must be produced by regenerative sources.

WEIS INDUSTRIES SERVICES® GmbH helps customers select and decide on the right energy concept.

»To win the trust of the customer, to highlight the value of the plants and to perform outstanding service work after the successful installation of the plant – these are the standards of our work,« said the managing director from Esslingen.

Despite the close cooperation with Junkers Deutschland, the WEIS INDUSTRIES SERVICES® GmbH employ-ees are flexible when it comes to selecting products. »We are familiar with all brands from established manufacturers.

No matter which product the customer chooses, we are the »one-stop« source for planning, installation and maintenance,« explains Claus Braun. Rising demand in the business segment is encouraging the service company to focus on this field even more in the future.

The main goal is to develop sustainable energy concepts to preserve natural resources.
